Twin Barns Brewing Co

Sarah is a New Hampshire native and hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience in independent breweries, Sarah has spent the majority of her working life in the craft beer industry with experience ranging from the cellar, to the front of house, to operational management. Though admittedly she fell into beer by accident as a thirsty working student, she was able to develop under a small handful of truly talented local masters who in turn incited a genuine passion for the community, product, and process that unifies a craft industry rooted in both artistry and science.

Randy Booth

Member at Large
Twin Barns Brewing Co

Born and raised on the shores of New Hampshire's Lakes Region, Randy Booth is the head brewer at Twin Barns Brewing Co. in Meredith, N.H. After a few years in the newspaper industry, Randy started his brewing career in Colorado when he moved there in 2015. After working in the front of house, sales, distribution, and brewing end of things for about a year, he moved back home for a head brewer position. In 2019, he attended the Siebel Institute of Technology and accepted the head brewer job at Twin Barns. There, he brews as many lagers as he can while trying to keep the tap lines full for the summer crowd in the Lakes. When he isn't in the brewery, Randy likes to watch the Red Sox rebuild their franchise every four years, shoot archery and ride snowmobiles.

Judi Clark

Member at Large
Smuttynose Brewing Co

Boasting over 15 years in the brewing industry, Judi is the Quality Manager for Smuttynose Brewing Company, located in Hampton, NH. Following her completion of the American Brewers Guild program in 2005, Judi began her brewing career as an intern with Smuttynose, who quickly realized they couldn’t (and still can’t) live without her, and offered her a full-time position.

Judi’s background in chemistry, and passion for beer, fueled her decision to start the lab program at Smuttynose, one of the firsts of its kind, in 2012. Her focus on quality became the top priority.

Life outside the brewery consists of long walks with her pup, Morgan, skiing, camping, and watching a good hockey game.

Steve O'Brien

Member at Large
Elm City Brewing Co

Steve began his foray into craft beer when he began home brewing in 2012. It didn’t take long for him to realize that he had a passion for beer, and needed to get into this industry. After managing a craft beer bar in the Boston area for a few years, Steve applied for a Front of House management position at Elm City Brewing with hopes of someday getting into the brewery. After a year and a half managing, Steve got his chance and took on the role as the assistant brewer. In June of 2018, he completed the Intensive Brewing Science and Engineering program at the American Brewers Guild, just as Elm City was looking to fill its head brewer position. The timing was perfect, and Steve slid comfortably into the role. Since then, he has brewed a wide variety of styles, began a small barrel program, and is continuously experimenting with new techniques and ingredients.
