Leadership

Erika Rosenfeld

Board President
Post & Beam Brewing

Erika founded Post & Beam Brewing in Peterborough, New Hampshire in 2018 with a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and traditional brewing techniques. What began as a passion project has grown into a beloved community gathering place with a loyal following. Erika oversees all aspects of the business — from brewing and taproom operations to finances and customer relations — ensuring every detail reflects her dedication to the craft and to sustainability.

Beyond the brewery, Erika is a tireless advocate for the New Hampshire beer industry. She currently serves as President of the New Hampshire Brewers Association and is a former board member of the New Hampshire Lodging & Restaurant Association. Her leadership and vision have been recognized through awards honoring Post & Beam's contributions to historic preservation and environmental sustainability.

Dave Picarillo

Treasurer
Twin Barns Brewing Co

Dave is one of the co-founders of Twin Barns Brewing Co. He was raised in the Boston area but fell in love with the Lakes Region after a childhood family vacation. In 2001, Dave and his family bought a small cabin on the lake and have spent every free moment there since. Although a home brewer for many years, it was not until a brewery tour in New Hampshire with his partner Bruce that a plan came together for their own brewery, and realization of the dream was possible. On days that he is not at the Brewery, you will be able to find Dave hanging out on Lake Winnipesaukee or in the White Mountains. He is an avid hiker, well on his way to completing the New Hampshire 48 - 4000K footers. Don't worry, he will probably be carrying some Twin Barns beer to enjoy at the summit.

Jason Harrington

Secretary | Marketing Committee
Vulgar Brewing Co

Jason Harrington is one of four owners of Vulgar Brewing Co which opened in Franklin, NH in 2019. He began his beer career as a homebrewer in the Dallas, TX area where he and his wife Shelly joined forces with the other half of VBC, Damon and Megan Lewis. He worked as a cellarman at Deep Ellum Brewing Co and helped out at Cedar Creek Brewing Co before moving to NH to teach photography, film, and theater at Tilton School. Other than beer and beer-related subjects, Jason loves to spend his time watching & talking about movies, playing tabletop games, and spending time with his dog Luna.

CJ Haines

Executive Director
NH Brewers Association | NHLRA Board of Directors

CJ Haines has served as Executive Director of the NH Brewers Association since 2016, bringing over 25 years of business and nonprofit leadership to the role.

As the association's driving force across all four pillars — Advocacy, Education, Community, and Promotion — CJ represents NH breweries at the State House, builds partnerships with tourism, hospitality, and media organizations, and organizes events that bring the craft beer community together. She is a firm believer that a unified collective voice produces more meaningful outcomes for the industry, and her work reflects that at every level.

CJ also serves on the Board of Directors for the NH Lodging & Restaurant Association, strengthening the connection between craft beer and the broader hospitality industry across the Granite State.

Her energy, vision, and dedication ensure that New Hampshire's craft brewing community has the advocacy, resources, and support it needs — today and into the future.
